Road closures in Metro Manila for 2023 Bar Exams

Several roads in Metro Manila will be temporarily closed to facilitate the 2023 Bar Examinations on September 17, 20, and 24.

Testing venues are located in the cities of Manila, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Taguig, and Quezon City.

In Manila, closures near the University of Santo Tomas and San Beda University will affect Dapitan Street, Legarda Street, Mendiola Street, Concepcion Aguila Street, and España Boulevard.

These roads in Manila will be closed from 3:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., with España Boulevard having extended closures from 2 a.m. to 7 p.m.

In Quezon City, heavy traffic is expected around the University of the Philippines-Diliman on University Avenue, C.P. Garcia Avenue, Katipunan Avenue, and Commonwealth Avenue during specific hours on these exam days.

Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes due to anticipated significant traffic congestion in the vicinity of the Bar exam testing centers.
