In a video message played during his campaign kick-off, Quiboloy stated his divine mission is to provide direction and development for the Philippines, aiming for a corruption-free, first-world nation.

He also expressed his intention to support a leader like Vice President Sara Duterte, suggesting a potential aspiration for a higher post himself.

Quiboloy views his current imprisonment as a "blessing in disguise" from a spiritual perspective, asserting he is being persecuted.
