QC vaccinates over 10,200 gov't workers from 62 agencies

Over 10,200 government workers from 62 agencies in Quezon City have received their COVID-19 vaccine doses through the QCProtekTODO program.

Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte highlighted that the city is including employees of national government agencies, government-owned and controlled corporations, and their subsidiaries in its vaccination efforts.

Agencies like the Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Agriculture, National Housing Authority, Commission on Higher Education, and National Power Corporation were among those served.

The vaccination process was tailored to agency needs, with some opting for on-site vaccinations managed by their own medical teams using city-provided vaccines, while smaller groups were scheduled at the city's vaccination sites.

All on-site vaccination setups required an inspection by the City Health Department to ensure compliance.
