The roads of Batasan-IBP Road and Batasan-San Mateo Road corner J.P. Rizal will be closed to public vehicles starting at 8 a.m. as a security measure.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes to avoid anticipated heavy traffic around Commonwealth Avenue and the Batasang Pambansa Complex.
