With ITCs on hand, PVL orders ‘re-start’
The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) ordered a replay of its opening day matches due to delays in receiving International Transfer Certificates (ITCs) for imports and Filipino-foreign players.
All ITCs have now been received, clearing the players to compete starting Thursday.
The opening day matches on Tuesday, October 7, between ZUS Coffee and Akari, and Choco Mucho and Capital1, will be replayed on a future date.
