PRC provides relief to over 300 families affected by Super Typhoon Rolly

The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) has provided additional relief supplies to over 300 families impacted by Super Typhoon Rolly in Catanduanes and Albay.

PRC Chairman and CEO Senator Richard J. Gordon ordered the dispatch of emergency relief packages, including food and non-food items.

Each family received essential items such as rice, noodles, canned goods, coffee, hygiene kits, sleeping kits, tarpaulins for shelter, and collapsible water containers.

Senator Gordon expressed horror at the typhoon's devastation, noting the added burden on top of the COVID-19 pandemic, and assured affected families of continued support until they can recover.

Gordon had previously visited the affected communities in Catanduanes and Albay to assess the damage firsthand.
