PRC Chairman and CEO Richard Gordon urged the public to call the PRC's 143 hotline for immediate assistance, noting that an ambulance can be dispatched promptly.
Gordon also promoted the PRC's 'Safe Card' program, which offers benefits including blood supply, ambulance services, and accident-related hospitalization coverage.
