PUVs na lalabag sa health protocols sa NCR Plus, tiketan--PNP chief
Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar has ordered police to issue tickets to public utility vehicles (PUVs) violating COVID-19 protocols in the NCR Plus area.
This directive applies to Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.

The PNP's Directorate for Operations issued a memorandum specifying the use of Temporary Operator Permits (TOPs), Official Violator's Receipts (OVRs), and Traffic Citation Tickets for violations.
These violations include overloading, disregard for minimum public health standards, and exceeding allowed passenger capacity.
