PNP records 5,233 COVID-19 cases among personnel

PNP personnel who test positive for COVID-19 undergo a 14-day quarantine and another test before returning to duty after an additional seven to 10 days of rest.

PNP chief Gen. Camilo Cascolan recently led the opening of the Health Service Molecular Laboratory, a new testing center for COVID-19 infections.

The PNP is also set to receive testing equipment and kits from private donors.
