4 cops face dismissal for indiscriminate firing during holiday revelry

The implicated officers include a master sergeant in Surigao del Sur, a senior master sergeant in Iloilo province, a patrolman in Parañaque City, and a patrolman in Cagayan de Oro City.
Three of these officers have been arrested, while the patrolman from Cagayan de Oro City remains at large.
