Thousands of cops deployed to man checkpoints in ECQ 'tiny bubbles'
The Philippine National Police (PNP) deployed 1,203 police personnel to enforce the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in Metro Manila and four nearby provinces starting August 6.
