PNP reassigns Fajardo, 3 other ranking officers to new posts
Police Brigadier General Jean Fajardo has been reassigned to the Area Police Command-Eastern Mindanao, effective September 6.
The reassignment order was issued by acting PNP chief Lieutenant General Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr.
Fajardo was replaced as Directorate for Comptrollership director by Major General Westrimundo Obinque.
Major General Christopher Birung will now lead the National Police Training Institute, replacing Obinque.
Brigadier General Randulf Tuaño remains the PNP spokesperson, a post Fajardo previously held.
Police Brigadier General Leon Victor Rosete was also moved to APC-Eastern Mindanao.
