Pampanga raid uncovers POGO execs' luxury compound with firing range, tunnel

Authorities raided a two-hectare compound in Porac, Pampanga, believed to be a "leisure hub" for the top executives of the POGO company Lucky South 99 Outsourcing Incorporated.

The compound, located less than five kilometers from Lucky South 99's offices, was searched on Saturday, July 6, by the PNP Pampanga provincial office, PNP Special Weapons and Tactics, and other officials including Governor Dennis "Delta" Pineda.

Investigators found three mansions, a hidden indoor firing range, an underground tunnel with empty offices and a bedroom, a garden, a man-made lagoon, a parking area, and a helipad within the resort.

The search warrant was issued for alleged violations of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act against Katherine Cassandra Li Ong, Gheric Pagcu Manaloto, and their employees.

Police Colonel Jay Dimaandal stated the compound was suspected of exclusively serving the POGO hub's top executives, with the presence of slugs in the firing range suggesting it was actively used.

Governor Dennis Pineda mentioned that authorities are still searching for Chinese bosses who may have escaped and emphasized the raid's purpose to uncover potential human trafficking victims.
