33 areas in PH record dangerous heat index

A heat index of 42°C was noted in NAIA in Pasay City, Tuguegarao City, Baler and Casiguran in Aurora, Cubi Point in Subic Bay, San Ildefonso in Bulacan, Sangley Point in Cavite, Ambulong in Batangas, Infanta and Alabat in Quezon, NAS-UPLB in Laguna, Calapan, Coron, Romblon, Virac, Aborlan, and Butuan City.
