P2.7M shabu seized in Maguindanao del Sur; other drug busts nationwide

Authorities in Maguindanao del Sur confiscated approximately P2.7 million worth of shabu from two individuals during a routine checkpoint in Shariff Aguak town.

In another operation in Banga, South Cotabato, a 36-year-old man was arrested after selling 55 grams of shabu, valued at P374,000, during an entrapment operation.

PDEA-11 agents arrested a 41-year-old shabu dealer in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, after selling 510 grams of shabu, worth P4.6 million.

The suspect's vehicle, reportedly used to transport shabu, was also impounded.

A South African national was arrested in Cebu after allegedly smuggling shabu with an estimated street value of P27 million.

Three individuals, including two Korean nationals, were arrested in Pampanga during a drug-entrapment operation where P703,500 worth of illegal drugs, a pistol, and boodle money were seized.

In Talavera, Nueva Ecija, two individuals were arrested after a high-speed chase and firing at police officers, leading to the seizure of over P1 million worth of narcotics, with one suspect still at large.

Three alleged high-value drug individuals were arrested in Taguig City, yielding about 150 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of P1.020 million.
