Ombudsman says Sandiganbayan cases vs Discayas could be filed on Friday
Contractors Curlee and Sarah Discaya are expected to face criminal charges soon for their alleged involvement in anomalous flood control projects, as announced by Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla.
Ombudsman Remulla indicated that preliminary investigations for at least three of the nine cases involving the Discayas have concluded and are ready for resolution.

The DPWH had previously filed complaints against the Discayas over dubious flood control projects in Bulacan province.
Remulla also mentioned that several senators tagged in the controversy are nearing subpoenas.
