Olympian Aleah Finnegan named Meralco muse for PBA opening

Gymnast Aleah Finnegan, a participant in the 2024 Paris Olympics, has been selected by the Meralco Bolts as one of the muses for the upcoming PBA Governors' Cup opener on Sunday, August 18.

She will be featured alongside other muses including Kapuso artists Julie Anne San Jose and Rere Madrid during the opening ceremony at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Meralco announced Finnegan's selection on social media, highlighting the celebration of Filipino athletes' strength and energy.

Finnegan made history by becoming the first Filipina gymnast to compete in the Olympics since 1964, having qualified for the Paris Games last October.

Other muses for the PBA's 49th season include Jema Galanza for Phoenix, Jamie Lim for San Miguel, Atasha Muhlach for TNT, Myrtle Sarrosa for Converge, Charmaine Skye Chua for NorthPort, Inday Fatima for NLEX, Krishnah Gravidez for Blackwater, Sophia Bianca Santos for Rain or Shine, and Annabellle Mcdonnel for Terrafirma.
