NU Bulldogs dominate FEU in UAAP women's volleyball

National University (NU) secured their fourth consecutive win in the UAAP Season 86 women's volleyball tournament by defeating Far Eastern University (FEU) in four sets, with scores of 25-17, 13-25, 25-17, 25-19.

Alyssa Solomon was the standout player for NU, scoring a season-high of 25 points built on 21 attacks, three blocks, and a service ace.

Bella Belen provided significant support with 19 points (15 attacks, two blocks, two service aces), 19 digs, and 14 receptions.

Vange Alinsug contributed 16 markers for the Lady Bulldogs.

The Lady Bulldogs regained momentum in the third set after splitting the first two frames with the Lady Tamaraws, and held an 18-10 lead in the fourth set before FEU mounted a comeback.

FEU dropped its second consecutive match and fell to a 2-3 slate in the standings.

NU's head coach Norman Miguel acknowledged the team's preparation and stressed the importance of avoiding complacency as they look ahead to matches against UE and La Salle.
