NCRPO identifies operational errors in Pasig Chinese national apprehension

The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) has identified significant operational errors during the apprehension of a Chinese national in Pasig City.

The incident involved approximately ten individuals in camouflage uniforms carrying firearms, who were seen in multiple vehicles at the time of the arrest.

It was later revealed that the Bureau of Immigration and the military's intelligence service were conducting a mission against the Chinese individual for alleged immigration law violations.

However, the NCRPO's initial investigation with these agencies uncovered clear lapses in coordination and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Reports also suggest that excessive force was used during the operation, with some operatives firing their weapons indiscriminately and without justification.
