Remulla: NBI recommends filing of complaint vs. individuals named by Bernardo

Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla confirmed that Bernardo's affidavit has been sworn and will be forwarded to the Senate for their review.
In his testimony, Bernardo named Senator Francis Escudero, Ako Bicol Representative Zaldy Co, Education Undersecretary Trygve Olaivar, and former Senators Bong Revilla and Nancy Binay as individuals involved in the alleged kickback scheme.
Remulla stated that his office would allow the Senate to vet Bernardo's affidavit and any supplemental documents prepared with his lawyers before further action is taken.
