Ex-DPWH usec Bernardo tags Angara in alleged ‘kickbacks’ in infra projects
Former DPWH Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo has implicated Senator Chiz Escudero, former senators Bong Revilla and Nancy Binay, and Ako Bicol Party-list Representative Zaldy Co in alleged kickbacks from public works projects.

Olaivar allegedly requested Bernardo to submit a list of projects, and stated that the commitment for these projects was 15%.
Bernardo has sought protection under the Witness Protection Program.
Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla has been granted permission by the Senate blue ribbon committee to bring Bernardo to the Department of Justice for testimony evaluation.
