The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested three Chinese nationals, Li Chunyang, Zhang Zhibin, and Lu Youjun, for allegedly selling overpriced thermal scanners.

In separate incidents, the NBI also arrested four individuals on March 21 for allegedly selling overpriced isopropyl alcohol online.
