Christal Jean de la Cruz of Zambales and Trisha Martines of Pila, Laguna were named 1st and 2nd runners-up, respectively, and each received P400,000.

The event celebrated the 60th anniversary of Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. (BPCI) with a reunion of over 100 former queens.
