Binibining Pilipinas 2024 celebrates 60th anniversary with grand event

The Binibining Pilipinas 2024 coronation night celebrated the 60th anniversary of the Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. (BPCI) with a grand event at the Araneta Coliseum.

Over 100 past Binibining Pilipinas winners walked the red carpet and participated in the opening segment.

OPM icons Martin Nievera and Gary Valenciano, along with P-pop group SB19, performed the pageant's theme song.

Several Binibining Pilipinas queens who won international crowns, including Miss International, Miss Supranational, and Miss Intercontinental winners, were honored on stage.

For the first time, all four Filipina Miss Universe titleholders – Gloria Diaz, Margie Moran, Pia Wurtzbach, and Catriona Gray – were present in the same frame.

Former Binibinis who competed at the now-separate Miss Universe Philippines pageant were also invited, including Stacey Gabriel, Ahtisa Manalo, Kris Tiffany Janson, Christi McGarry, and Samantha Panlilio.

Miss Universe Philippines national director Shamcey Supsup-Lee was seen exchanging pleasantries with BPCI executives.
