MPV driver dies after hitting parked trailer truck in Tondo

Manila Police District (MPD) spokesperson PMaj. Philipp Ines confirmed the fatality and stated the truck driver is in the custody of the Manila Traffic Enforcement Unit.

Ines noted that the MPV appeared to be speeding and investigators are examining the truck driver's potential liability.

The MPV driver's last known address was in Sampaloc, Manila, while the truck driver is from Valenzuela City.
