Reigning Miss International Andrea Rubio of Venezuela arrived in Manila on Wednesday evening, July 3, to be a special guest at the 60th Binibining Pilipinas pageant.

She was welcomed by former Miss International Bea Rose Santiago, Bb. Pilipinas International 2023 Angelica Lopez, and Miss International 2023 3rd Runner Up Nicole Borromeo.
