PBBM accepts resignations of 3 officials, retains others

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has accepted the courtesy resignations of three government officials, including the head of the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office.

The officials whose resignations were accepted are Presidential Legislative Liaison Office President Mark Llandro Mendoza, Presidential Adviser on Military and Police Affairs Secretary Roman A. Felix, and Philippine National Oil Company Renewables Corporation President and CEO John Arenas.

However, President Marcos Jr. decided to retain several other officials after declining their courtesy resignations.

These retained officials include the heads of the Government Service Insurance System, Land Bank of the Philippines, Development Bank of the Philippines, National Irrigation Administration, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation.

A Palace official stated that the decisions reflect an ongoing evaluation of the performance of agency heads and leaders.
