Maki drops debut album Kolorcoaster with 10 tracks

Maki has officially released his debut album, "Kolorcoaster," featuring 10 tracks, including previously released singles like "Dilaw," "Namumula," "Bughaw," and "Kahel na Langit."

The new tracks on the album are "Turning Green," "Indigo (With U)," "Nangungulila," "Itim na Ulap," "Abelyana," and "ROYGBIV."

Maki explained that the album's concept revolves around colors, inspired by his love for the arts and his advocacy for Filipino artists.

He shared that "Turning Green" serves as the counterpart to "Namumula," conveying regret from someone who failed to realize the grass was not greener on the other side, despite the lingering "red flag" element.

Maki previously described the creation of "Kolorcoaster" as the most challenging yet fulfilling endeavor of his career.

To celebrate the release, Maki will hold a "Kolorcoaster" concert at the Araneta Coliseum on November 7.
