Ato Barba named Collegiate Press Corps NCAA Player of the Week

Ato Barba, the main man for Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU), has been named the Collegiate Press Corps' NCAA Player of the Week.

Barba's stellar performance was crucial in securing LPU's fourth-place finish and entry into the Final Four, extending their winning streak to four games.

He played a key role in the Pirates' victories against Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) and De La Salle-College of St. Benilde during the final elimination week.

Despite the individual award and the team's success, Barba emphasized that their job is not yet done and they must prepare for the upcoming Final Four.

LPU ended the elimination round with a 10-8 record, surpassing EAC's 9-9 slate to clinch the last playoff spot.
