Landbank President and CEO Cecilia C. Borromeo stated the bank is delivering the cash grants in an immediate, safe, secure, and convenient manner.
The financial assistance is accessed through Landbank cash cards, which can also be used as debit cards in groceries and drugstores, and allow free withdrawals from Landbank and Bancnet ATMs.
