DOJ issues another lookout order over flood control mess
Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla has signed an initial immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) against contractors and officials from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) implicated in anomalous flood control projects.
