Ward expressed bewilderment over the fabricated rumors, which she believes may have originated from online blind items.

She refuted claims that Singson sponsored her 18th birthday or was a godfather to her sibling, challenging rumor mongers to provide concrete proof such as CCTV footage.

The rumors intensified after hinting at a "special relationship" and led to attacks on her mother, whom people accused of "selling her off."

Ward clarified that her wealth and lavish lifestyle, including a Porsche Boxster, were acquired through her own earnings from endorsements and her 15 years as a child star.

She also provided receipts for her 2023 debut, stating GMA Network contributed, and her gown and cake were gifts.
