Isko offers Senate President post to Lacson

Manila Mayor and presidential aspirant Isko Moreno stated that he would appoint Senator Panfilo Lacson to his administration if elected president.

Moreno believes Lacson possesses the necessary qualities and skills to effectively combat corruption and instill discipline within the government.

However, Lacson turned down Moreno's offer, stating that he intends to win the May 2022 elections himself.

Lacson thanked Moreno for recognizing his abilities and solid experience in public service.

Moreno is currently in third place in voter preference surveys, tied with Senator Manny Pacquiao, while Lacson trails behind him.

Ferdinand Marcos Jr. leads the presidential surveys, with Vice President Leni Robredo in second place.
