DOJ issues ILBO vs 19 individuals requested by ICI

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against 19 individuals requested by the Independent Commission on Infrastructure (ICI).

Bureau of Immigration spokesperson Dana Sandoval confirmed that their names have been included in a centralized database and their travels will be monitored and reported to the DOJ.

An ILBO monitors individuals' travels and reports their whereabouts to law enforcement agencies, differing from a hold departure order which prevents departure.

The ICI had previously requested an ILBO against these individuals, including former and current lawmakers and engineers.

Three individuals on the new list were already part of a previous ILBO issued on October 8.
