Globe Telecom employees volunteer over 3,000 hours for community projects

Globe Telecom celebrated its annual GDay with the theme "Globe Celebrates You," focusing on employee appreciation and community volunteerism.

The company recognized the dedication of its employees, referred to as Ka-Globes, through various activities and tokens of appreciation.

Employees participated in a Thanksgiving Mass, enjoyed office festivities including food, games, and personalized GDay pins, and engaged in an interactive video booth.

Leading up to the event, employees participated in the G Raffle Rush with daily challenges and surprise prizes, and nominated colleagues for awards recognizing teamwork and kindness.

Over 3,000 employees dedicated 91.7 minutes each to volunteer for community initiatives with seven partner non-government organizations.

Volunteer efforts included disaster response, preparing food packs for schoolchildren, assembling Kindness Boxes, supporting livelihood projects, and preparing athlete care kits.
