Globe restores services in Bicol areas hit by Typhoon Rolly

Globe Telecom has announced the full restoration of its voice, text, and internet services in several towns in Albay and Camarines Sur, following disruptions caused by Typhoon Rolly.

Services in Malilipot and Tabaco, Albay, and Caramoan, Camarines Sur, are now fully operational.

This restoration effort extends to multiple other towns and cities in Albay and Catanduanes, which had services reinstated earlier.

Globe's network operations team worked continuously to restore essential communication services in the typhoon-affected areas.

To support its customers, Globe has provided free data to broadband users in Albay, Catanduanes, and Camarines Sur.

Postpaid broadband subscribers received 20GB of free data valid for 15 days, while prepaid users were given 5GB valid for three days.

Charges were also reversed for the period customers experienced an outage in their internet connection.
