Fair weather expected in most parts of PH

Fair weather conditions are expected across most of the Philippines due to the northeast monsoon and easterlies.

Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, and Cagayan may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light monsoon rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, as well as Visayas and Mindanao, can anticipate partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will continue to prevail over the northern seaboards of northern Luzon, with a gale warning issued for these areas.

Fishing boats and other small seacraft are advised not to venture out into the sea, while larger sea vessels are alerted against big waves.

There is no low pressure area or weather disturbance inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
