Erwin Tulfo grateful Comelec dismisses disqualification case

ACT-CIS Representative Erwin Tulfo expressed gratitude to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) First Division for dismissing the disqualification case against him for the May 2025 senatorial race.

Tulfo stated that the dismissal, attributed to the petitioner's failure to meet necessary requisites, demonstrates the integrity of elections and the importance of adhering to due process.

He affirmed his trust in the Comelec's fairness and freedom, highlighting the decision as a testament to the commission's commitment to justice and democratic institutions.

As a public servant, Tulfo pledged to continue serving with integrity, as a "lingkod-bayan," and to strictly follow the law.

He emphasized that this ruling will allow him to dedicate more time and effort to serving the Filipino people and advancing their interests in Congress.
