Duterte approved additional 4 million beneficiaries of emergency cash aid —Roque
President Rodrigo Duterte reported that less than half of the 18 million low-income households initially targeted for emergency cash aid have received the assistance as of April 24.

The government has disbursed over P31 billion of the allocated P100.9 billion for the emergency cash subsidy program.
