DOTr to lead crackdown against overcharging cabbies at airports, ports

Taxi Hub Transport will be charged for violating the Public Service Act and operating without a valid franchise.
Dizon warned that similar actions would be taken against other taxi operators engaging in fraudulent practices and urged passengers to record and report any abuse.
