DOTr, PPA, PCG to offer free rides on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 for those stranded
The Department of Transportation (DOTr), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), and Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) are offering free rides today, Wednesday, July 23, 2025, using trucks and buses to assist commuters stranded by flooding.
This initiative is in response to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s directive to ensure the safe travel of commuters.
The free rides will be available from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and again from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The routes include Quiapo-Fairview, Quiapo-Angono, Legarda-Angono, Lawton-Alabang, and Roxas Blvd.-Sucat.
