DOLE organizes 216,000 job openings for Labor Day

Job seekers at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City can apply for positions from major companies such as Union Bank, Meralco, DMCI Construction, 2Go Group, McDonald's, SM, Robinsons, San Miguel Foods, Aboitiz, Toyota, Honda, Accenture, Epson, and BDO.

The National Capital Region leads with over 63,000 job offers, followed by Central Luzon with around 32,000, Calabarzon with over 18,000, Western Visayas with nearly 18,000, and Zamboanga Peninsula with more than 13,000.

The unemployment rate in the Philippines fell to 3.8 percent in February, a decrease from 4.3 percent the previous month.
