16 more DOJ personnel positive for COVID-19 in rapid test, to undergo confirmatory test
Fifty-nine Department of Justice (DOJ) personnel have tested positive for COVID-19 following rapid tests, with Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra confirming the increased number of cases.
Sixteen additional personnel tested positive on Wednesday, June 10, out of 175 tested that day, bringing the total to 59.
These results are subject to confirmatory polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing, as rapid tests only detect antibodies.
