2 weeks needed to see effect of ECQ in NCR+ -- DOH
The effects of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in Greater Metro Manila Area may not be fully observable for another two weeks, according to the Department of Health (DOH).
DOH Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire stated that it is still too early to determine if the ECQ in NCR and the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal is effective.
