DOH Davao records 29 new COVID-19 cases, 1 death

Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte attributed the increase in cases to the general community quarantine (GCQ) and the influx of locally stranded individuals (LSIs) and returning overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).
