DMW says it must ‘properly time’ repatriations amid Israel-Iran conflict
The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) is prepared for the repatriation of Filipinos in the Middle East amidst the heightened alert status due to the Israel-Iran conflict.
DMW, along with Migrant Workers Offices and labor attachés in the region, are on high alert and have contingency plans ready for immediate assistance.

Alert Level 3, which signifies voluntary repatriation, has been in effect for Israel since 2023, with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) responsible for any decision to raise the alert level.
