DFA confirms second Filipino fatality in Myanmar quake

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) confirmed the death of a second Filipino victim of the 7.7-magnitude earthquake that struck Myanmar on March 28.

The remains were identified by the Philippine Embassy in Yangon through the victim's tattoo and passport.
