Davao police says circulating Alyansa memo a ‘security measure’
The Davao City Police Office (DCPO) has clarified an unauthorized memorandum concerning security personnel for President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.'s rally in Carmen, Davao del Norte.
DCPO acting director Col. Hansel Marantan explained the memorandum, which requested officers to wear civilian attire with a touch of red, was to comply with a request for 55 personnel to augment security for the President's visit.
