Creamline and Petro Gazz have been selected to represent the Philippines in the upcoming Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) Women's Champions League.
The tournament will be held from April 20 to 27 at the Philsports Arena, with the Philippines hosting the 12-team field.
The Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) chose the top two teams in the PVL All-Filipino Conference due to time constraints.
Creamline, known as the Cool Smashers, are the current winningest team with 10 crowns, including a grand slam feat last year.
Petro Gazz, known as the Angels, have two Reinforced Conference titles from 2019 and 2022.
The PNVF will hold groupings and an official press conference on 12 March at The Grand Fourwings Hotel in Bangkok.
The Philippines, as host, is allowed to field two teams, each able to sign up to three foreign reinforcements.
Petro Gazz already has two imports, MJ Phillips and Brooke Van Sickle, registered under USA Volleyball (USAV), and can still acquire one more.
Creamline has not yet decided on additional imports.
The AVC Champions League is rebranded from the Asian Club Championships and now partnered with Volleyball World.
