Class suspension in Metro Manila, Calabarzon due to TS Enteng

Classes and work in government offices are suspended in Metro Manila and Calabarzon on Tuesday, September 3, due to Tropical Storm Enteng.

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano announced that classes at all levels in both public and private schools, as well as government work in the city, will remain suspended.

This suspension was declared after PAGASA issued an Orange Rainfall Warning in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Only offices tasked with basic social services and emergency response will remain open in Pasay City.

Work in private offices in Pasay City will depend on the discretion of their management.

Various provinces and cities across Luzon have also declared class suspensions for all levels.

Some areas, like Angeles City, Pampanga, and Batangas, have allowed alternative or modular learning modes instead of face-to-face classes.

The suspensions are in effect for Tuesday, September 3, to ensure the safety of students and the public amidst the inclement weather.
